About Me
I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. Shortly after high school, in 1994, I joined the United States Coast Guard. My time in the service taught me a good lesson about hard work, attention to detail, and dedication to duty! After serving 4 years in the USCG and an honorable discharge as a Damage Controlman 3rd Class, I went to work for my fathers company, Southwood Corporation (www.southwoodcorp.com), an architectural signage and graphics firm, in 1998. One of the first things I was involved in at Southwood was bringing some structure and order to the paint department. We invested in some new equipment, and sent some of our employees to a few PPG refinishing/paint seminars. I accompanied these employees, and this is how I began my painting career.

Top notch. I’m no stranger to high end restorations from custom automotive up through Concours. D’elegance. I came to BD as an unknown person and experienced nothing but the best communication, timeline explained and met plus top workmanship. Bryan takes his craft as if he is refinishing his own project. No question BD and Bryan will be my go to on next project.
